Executive remuneration: Information Paper (available in electronic form only)

To facilitate submissions from interested parties on the matters referred to in the terms of reference, CAMAC has prepared an Information Paper on some of the approaches taken in Australia and elsewhere, by regulatory and other means, to:

• the content of executive remuneration arrangements, including the use and implications of various types of incentives

• reporting on executive remuneration arrangements.

CAMAC is seeking submissions on the matters in the terms of reference, and any related matters, by Friday 13 August 2010.

Chapter 1 of the Paper sets out the questions in the terms of reference and provides an overview of the matters dealt with in the other chapters of the Paper.

The Paper is available in electronic form only. There are no printed copies.
